The Old Fashioned balances sweetness and bitterness while keeping the whisky at the centre of the drink. This Toki version pairs honey syrup with grapefruit bitters for a fresh take on the classic.

A twist of grapefruit peel finishes the drink, adding a bright citrus aroma to the whisky and honey.
